Alfred litigates in the federal courts located in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the Supreme Court of the State of New York, including the Commercial Division, the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, Civil Court of the City of New York, arbitral forums (AAA and JAMS), and before administrative tribunals, including the City of New York’s Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH).

Alfred speaks English, Spanish, and French fluently. He has been selected as a Rising Star in the New York Metro area by Super Lawyers Magazine for 5 consecutive years. No more than 2.5 percent of the nominees are named to the Rising Stars list.

He is a member of the New York State Bar Association Real Property Law Section and Commercial and Federal Litigation Section. He also served on the Forms Subcommittee of the Co-op and Condo Committee at the New York City Bar Association.

Prior to attending law school, Alfred was an Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield in Paris and New York.
