Alfred has a wide breadth of real estate experience. He strives to get his clients into contract quickly following an accepted offer, and diligently maintains contact with clients, real estate brokers, title companies, lenders, and other parties throughout the process. 

Alfred counsels clients from term sheet to closing. He drafts and reviews Contracts of Sale, Purchase Agreements, Riders to the agreements, title reports, lien searches, leases, mortgages, and other relevant documents related to the real property or co-op transfer process. Alfred also conducts extensive due diligence of the building and condominium, co-op, or sponsor unit. When necessary, he advises clients regarding 1031 exchanges and tax implications related to the Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act (FIRPTA), capital gains issues, estate planning, or other tax concerns.
