Alfred R. Fuente is a real estate attorney in New York City representing buyers, sellers, lenders, and investors. From time to time, he represents clients in real estate-related litigation matters in New York State Supreme Court and Civil Court. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Fuente served as an Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield in New York City and Paris, France. From 2004 to 2009, he appraised in excess of $20 billion worth of real estate in New York City and Western Europe, including the Barclays Center Arena in Downtown Brooklyn.
