ALFRED R. FUENTE
Alfred R. Fuente is a real estate attorney in New York City representing buyers, sellers, lenders, and investors. From time to time, he represents clients in real estate-related litigation matters in New York State Supreme Court and Civil Court. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Fuente served as an Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield in New York City and Paris, France. From 2004 to 2009, he appraised in excess of $20 billion worth of real estate in New York City and Western Europe, including the Barclays Center Arena in Downtown Brooklyn.
Mr. Fuente is Secretary of the Supreme Court Committee of the New York County Lawyers' Association (NYCLA), and is also a member of the Real Property Section of the New York City Bar Association and NYCLA. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), a professional body that accredits professionals within the real property and construction sectors worldwide.
Mr. Fuente is fluent in English, Spanish, and French. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
